I read this book to my kids before listening to the music, so I'm going to suggest you do it a bit differently, and here's why. The book itself is fantastic, the drawings are cozy and warm, I really FELT Christmas while we were reading it if that makes sense. But, the music puts it over the top. If you don't have the app, definitely go to youtube and listen before you read, or even while you read. It's like a cup of hot cocoa on a chilly winter night, perfection.
